
The Covid-19 pandemic, also known as the coronavirus pandemic is an on going pandemic has caused global social and economic disruption. The virus is primarily spread between people during contact, most often via small droplets produced by coughing, sneezing and talking.
1, Regularly and thoroughly wash your hands with soap and water. Wash your hands for at least 20 seconds to tackle those germs. Singing”Happy birthday”twice will give you the right time frame to perfect the proper hand washing procedure.

2. Maintain at least 1 metre distance between yourself and others. Why ? when someone coughs, sneezes or speak they spray small amount of liquid droplets from their nose or mouth which may contain virus, you can breather in the droplet if you are too close.

3. Stay at Home. Avoid crowded places better to stay at home. Now its the time have a quality time with your family.

4. Wear a mask. If you are going out to run some errands, to buy food always wear a mask because you are more likely to come into close contact with someone that has COVID-19.

5. Stay physically active. It is very important for people of all ages and abilities to active as possible. Just take break from sitting, do some physical activity and make it a habit. Regular physical activity benefits both the mind and body.

6. Eat Healthy . What we eat and drink can affect our body’s ability to prevent, fight and recover from infections.

Pray for every leaders, medical workers and all other frontliners all over the world for their protection, wisdom and strength. Surrender all your worries to Him, believe and have faith.
